Bavarian Chocolate Mints

 

Minty melt-in-your-mouth chocolates...
 

3 cups 

 

milk chocolate chips

 

1 Tbs 

 

butter

 

1 square 

 

unsweetened chocolate

 

1 can 

 

sweetened condensed milk

 

1 tsp 

 

vanilla extract

 

2 Tbs 

 

peppermint extract (NOT spearmint)

Melt chips, butter and unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler.

Pour melted chocolate mixture into bowl and add milk and extracts. Mix on low for 1 minute, then on high for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, mixing at 5 minute intervals on high for 2 minutes.

Pour into a 9x13" pan and refrigerate. Cut into small bites when set.

 

 Cooking Tips

*For individual servings, spoon into paper candy cups and refrigerate.
