sweetened condensed milk |

peppermint extract (NOT spearmint) |

Melt chips,
butter and unsweetened chocolate in a double
boiler. |

Pour melted
chocolate mixture into bowl and add milk and
extracts. Mix on low for 1 minute, then on high
for 1 minute. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, mixing
at 5 minute intervals on high for 2 minutes. |

Pour into a
9x13" pan and refrigerate. Cut into small bites
when set. |

*For individual
servings, spoon into paper candy cups and refrigerate.
