 Barbecue Marinade

 

Terrific for so many things...
 

¼ cup 

 

vegetable oil

 

¼ cup 

 

dry sherry

 

2 Tbs 

 

soy sauce

 

1 tsp 

 

worcestershire sauce

 

1 tsp 

 

garlic powder

 

 

 

fresh ground pepper to taste preference

 

 

Combine all ingredients in large freezer ziploc bag. Add the meat or fish and zip closed. Turn the bag several times during marinating time.

 

 Cooking Tips

*If marinating a roast, marinate in refrigerator for two days.

**If marinating steaks, allow at least 4 hours to marinate.

***For chicken or fish, marinate at least 2 hours.
