 Citrus Pork Marinade

 

This makes enough to marinate about 1.5 lbs. of pork...
 

1 cup 

 

bottled salsa

 

½ cup 

 

fresh lime juice

 

½ cup 

 

good beer

 

2 cloves 

 

garlic, minced

 

1 Tbs 

 

chopped fresh cilantro

 

1½ tsp 

 

ground cumin seed

 

¼ tsp 

 

ground red pepper

 

¼ tsp 

 

ground black pepper

 

 

Combine ingredients in large freezer ziploc and mix well. Add pork to ziploc and refrigerate 3-4 hours before cooking.
