Combine all
ingredients in large freezer ziploc bag. Add the
meat or fish and zip closed. Turn the bag
several times during marinating time. |

*If marinating a
roast, marinate in refrigerator for two days. |

**If marinating
steaks, allow at least 4 hours to marinate. |

***For chicken or
fish, marinate at least 2 hours. |
