MARINADES:
Lime Honey Marinade
 

Lime Honey Marinade

 

Terrific for chicken, fish, shrimp or pork...
 

½ cup 

 

fresh lime juice

 

5 medium 

 

garlic cloves, minced

 

1/3 cup 

 

vegetable oil

 

½ small 

 

red onion, finely chopped

 

¼ cup 

 

fresh cilantro, finely chopped

 

1 small 

 

jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped

 

2 Tbs 

 

honey

 

½ tsp 

 

ground cumin

 

 

Mix all ingredients together to make marinade. Marinate meat for several hours, or even overnight.
